About Us

Who We Are

Mobile Care is a subsidiary of Mobile Care & Domestic Services Ltd, which was established in February 1998, primarily providing caring and domestic services to Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. Since then, we have expanded providing the highest standard cleaning services to clinical, commercial, and residential clients. You can find more information about our cleaning services here at Mobile Clean.

Our reputation has been built on providing tailored, person-centred care, which aims to enrich rather than limit our clients’ lives. We believe people have the right to decide how to live their lives, and so we listen to our clients and their families to ensure we provide the right care package for them.

Mobile Care is licensed and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), you can find our latest report here. We also have our own in-house Quality Assurance Programme which includes internal audits, client questionnaires and ongoing monitoring, ensuring we are 100% focused on our clients’ needs.

What We Do

“Committed To Care”

This is our commitment and this is our passion. We endeavour to provide packages that our clients, and their loved ones, look forward to and feel at ease knowing we have everything under control. We can provide as little, or as much care as you would like. Your schedule and your comfort are what we work around.

All of our care assistants are chosen for their experience and passion for care.

What We Provide

Many people are now choosing domiciliary care as it means they can continue to stay in the place where they feel most comfortable - at home. It puts people back in control of the care they receive, with continued, flexible support completely centred around your or your loved one’s needs and routines.

With one-to-one personal attention and as much or as little help as requested, our fully managed care plans are all about you.

Our care assistants are our greatest assets and we seek to employ people with a wealth of experience, but more importantly, we ensure they share our values of respect, compassion, and dedication.

Before employment, new staff must supply two employer references, one character reference, and go through an enhanced DBS check. No team member will have contact with a client until they have met all of our induction and training standards. They are expected to achieve a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and then continue to receive ongoing training.

A Few Words From Our Team

“The best part about this job is the little things we do that make the biggest difference. A simple task like soaking feet brings the biggest pleasure and warms our clients up on chilly mornings.”

Helen Williams, Senior Carer.

“I like the variety of what we do - no two people are the same, therefore no two days are the same.”

Jacky Owen, Care Assistant

“I love everything about this job, no two days are the same. I enjoy showing each client they are just as important as the next and they aren’t just another on the list. I love the pure appreciation our clients show. Sometimes it’s those little extra things you do that make them feel they are important to you.

Once you get to know a client they can also sense if you're feeling a bit down, so although we are here to help with their needs, they also try to help us with just a chat and that can lift your whole mood for the day.”

Abby Davies, Care Assistant.
