Mobile Care has a legal requirement to protect all clients and staff whilst services are carried out or provided on our behalf, and we follow all government guidelines. Additionally, we have our own strict policies and procedures in place.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our staff have been trained and updated as often as we receive new guidance. We use both the government and the local council, on a daily basis, as sources of information to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

We are compliant with all current guidelines relating to PPE, Health & Safety, and Infection Control with all staff wearing compliant PPE whilst performing their duties in the community. This includes masks, gloves, aprons, face shields (where necessary), hand sanitiser and bacterial wipes, all provided by us.

Social distancing measures are in place wherever possible.
